He's made some questionable decisions for sure. But it sure would help if Utley's knees weren't shot. Roy Halliday's arm wasn't shot, and Ryan Howard could get healthy and still hit for power.

Why cant we just have a healthy team for once? Please God.....

He's made some questionable decisions for sure. But it sure would help if Utley's knees weren't shot. Roy Halliday's arm wasn't shot, and Ryan Howard could get healthy and still hit for power.

True, those things would help, but he made his mistakes long ago when he focused on pitching and let the bullpen and offense go. He can't make difficult decisions, only obvious ones, like signing Lee and Halladay and the stars to big contracts. I'm convinced he can't evaluate talent for poop, and can't make the little trades that Gillick made that made a difference.

Healthy or not, this team is going nowhere with Amaro.
