Well for starters he needs to focus on not letting in soft, back breaking goals that cost the team games. Being captain may take away from his focus on being consistent.

Hey, not saying he is terrible. He in fact played a hell of a lot better this year than last. Just saying his focus should be elsewhere other than being captain. Also my experience from playing hockey for many years is that goalies are always weird (frank)ers. You don't want some nutjob (Bryzgalov comes to mind) being the captain of your team.

Good to know. Im not sold on Dubs yet, this is his year to prove himself. If he is top 12- 15 in the league, im good with that. We should have enough scoring in front of him to make up for some soft goals now and then.

Agreed that this is the year. The team can't really expect to make the playoffs if he doesn't get is poop together for the whole year. The team should score enough yes, but those close games where goals are hard to come by, need to be stolen by Dubs if they are gonna squeak into a playoff berth.

What's even better is that you have done it without resorting to trolling, or having so many glaring hockey errors in your blog, that people come here to tell you about it. It is also after 2pm eastern and supertrollls Newmy and Systemtool haven't even added their obligatory 30-40+ trolling hits.
