Can't say I have ever tried becks. I like some of the beers that Alley Kat brewery out of Edmonton makes. Working in a nightclub every weekend, most drinks have zero appeal to me anymore. It really sucks.

I really hate Heineken so if it is anything like that, I won't like it.

It is not too bad working there and not drinking. The ALGC is pretty strict about not drinking on shift so more or less just have the occasional shot when people buy em for ya. Have to turn em down most of the time.
I find it easy to not drink at work. It is not as bad as dieting and smelling food you can't eat. When I used to compete in bodybuilding, I would crave the weirdest things, then smell food and binge like crazy and wake up from a food coma in strange places.

I got a cabin on echo lake in southern sask. awesome location and the fishing is killer.

I can turn em down easily enough, but sometimes my patience with drunken, entitled, arrogant bumholes, (did I just describe most Canucks fans?) wears so thin that it is a necessary evil to avoid snapping. That and the owner of the club being an alcoholic racist, redneck bumhole, tends to warrant a drink or 3 to avoid quitting. I basically get 1 weekend off a year. Can't wait till I am done school. The money as a student is just too good right now. Plus eye candy at a bar is a bonus

Pick Axe Pete was the Muthafukin Man.

Also a war simulator that let you fight Air-Sea and Tank battles.

Big Keyboard on it made it most like a computer.

Shiny toys are always tried out before going to the good old toys though.
Hopefully, Eager has a better year than last year if he sticks around. He was quite the disappointment.

Either way I'd love to see him make the team. He is a guy that if we are playing LA and they are getting too chippy, you could throw him on the top line for a few shifts and he could keep him skating wise. and keep guys a bit more honest.

I pre-ordered GTA 5 last month... It comes out in September... Looks insane. The city is supposed to be massive. I heard you can be 3 characters, and you can sometimes control a dog.

Agreed, although he has been a huge disappointment so far,he still has the ability to be effective in his role. Like you said, he can skate, he can hit, fight, and grind all he needs to do is put it all together.it's not like we need him to score much, just play his role.

I think part of the problem and it seems he isn't the only one this happened to, but I don't know if he understood his role. He was told that there would be a chance for him to play in the top 6, but somewhere in the communication he expected to be given that role and not have to work with it.

Seems about right. Hopefully he realizes now there isn't room in the top 6 for him except for spot duties, if he earns it.
