Great to see you support this website with something more than comments.. oh wait, you don't. As a fellow BC resident, I'd like to congratulate you for supporting a lost cause which a good portion of the province calls the Vancouver Canucks. checkmate? don't think so.

I support this site with hits and comments.

I enjoy participating in insightful hockey discussion.

I don't enjoy people who drop in to boards simply to troll the home team's fanbase.

I'll treat those people with the same level of respect they display to others.

I do support the Canucks, like I have for most of my life, even during times when they were far more of a "lost cause" than they are now.

It's called being a loyal and dedicated fan.

I commend any fan that stands by their team through good and bad times.

Keep trolling, though—you're really impressing a lot of people here with that wit...

Truth always hurts and makes "witty" comebacks harder to come up with so you pull the I'll make fun of the smaller city hockey fan card....brilliant!

BTW, since we are making fun of cities, how many years are you serving for helping destroy a part of yours???

NASCAR is so (frank)ing predictable. They always go left and Jimmy Johnson is far and away the best driver on the curcuit

Once the Sedins are locked up long term then Gillis will have his core of Luongo and the Sedins to build around. With the distraction of contracts no longer looming, the Cups will come fast and furious for the Canucks. Sedins will retire and then Boho and Shinkaruk will replace them and win more Cups. Future is bright in Vancouver.

Seriously? The Sedins have out produced Getzlaf and Perry easily over the last 4 years. Won more personal trophies but only a couple years older. Getzlaf and Perry signed for an average of 8.3 mill roughly in a city they like. If the Sedins take anything less than 7 per over 5 years Van is getting a huge discount. A 5 year deal takes them to about the same age. You're looking at the wrong comparables in my opinion.
- DBLiuzzi

I would gladly swap the Sedins for Perry and Getz even at 8 mil . Both are all around players and bring toughness and grit. If the Sedins played that style no one would be questioning their worth.
