C'mon man, the Atlantha Thra- I mean, the Winnipeg Jets are the best run franchise in the NHL. All they do is win, they've had amazing fan support for years and they play in a world class city. I'm commenting about the fact that you'd gladly pay Getzlaf and Perry $8.5 million, with physical play being your reason, yet you think the Sedins are only worth $4.5 million.

That's fine that you prefer physical players, but that personal preference should have no part in what the Sedins value is.

Whether you like their style or not, the Sedins are unquestionably $6.1 million dollar players.

To say they're only $4.5 million players because they don't play physical is ridiculous.


Also, Ben Eager also has a ring—do you think that means he deserves more on a contract than a comparable player simply because if that reason?

As I said the cup argument is laughable at best.

Another victory for the Canucks prospects. And that's without Boho and Shinkaruk. Gaunce and Cassels stood out to me today.

I know it will happen and we will pay dearly. They didn't win us a cup in their prime but now that they are slowing down maybe they can do it.
