no reason for them to sign for less than 53 mil over 8 years each. With the cap going up I don't doubt somebody would offer them the max 7 year term at 7 mil a year for each. If one looks at some of the contracts given out this year on a down year for the cap then they would easily have to pay this much to keep them. This would be them giving the nucks a hometown discount |

Except they'll be 41 when the deal ends?? No reason you shouldn't think before you post. |

At their age I think a 4 year term, after that they go year to year. I would think somewhere around 6.6 to 7.1ish. They seem to be the types to give a decent hometown discount. |

Victor Cruz baby. - thundachunk
Seriously. In my pool, I got Manning, Welker (got laughed at by my buddies for that one) Marshawn Lynch, and Victor Cruz.
I absolutely destroyed the field this week.
For someone who only started watching the NFL last year. I think I did a pretty good job in my pool.
Research go's a long way.
Cant understand why people thought welker was a bad pick. The guy has a proven track record and he went from one hall of famer to another, Why the hell wouldnt he have a good year.
Anyways. Im psyched to say the least. |
