I don't care about ads on the ice or the boards. I'm old enough to remember when the ice and the boards didn't have them and frankly, I don't even notice them anymore.

Myself, I draw the line at ads on the jerseys and any gear a fan might buy, because I find it kind of weird to wear a jersey with a bunch of ads stitched to it (*looks at soccer fans*).

It's like I'd be paying a bunch of money to be a walking billboard for companies I don't give a damn about.

I'm pretty sure this happened more then a couple times. Maybe not last season, but the season before. Not that uncommon in pre-season with so many players looking to make the team.
