First, first?...
Started out so well in game 1, gotta capitalize on the PP's.
I expect Dany Boy to score, that should be a given. Hopefully Vinny one up's him and the Habs can find another frenchie to hate becuz he snubbed them and came to Philly.
Watching Stolarz, he reminds me of Pekka Rinne, hopefully he turns out as good as him |

Bring it like the first period against the Leafs. Get Jake back to the first line and they should have brought up McGinn.
Let's go boys |

I'm going to go with a 2-1 Habs win tonight. We are sure to lose due to the fact that I work 7pm to 7am tonight and will watch game in the morning instead of getting some sleep. Story of my life. Sorry for the jinx |

It was great to see a good effort from the Flyers in game 1. I thought they outplayed the Leafs for much of the game.
However, they need to get some wins.
I'm feeling both optimistic about the Flyers and Eagles this weekend. I'm not sure if that's a good thing. |

5 Keys for a win in Montreal
1. Come out with the same energy they showed in the first period against Toronto
2. Do a better job crashing the net and jumping on rebounds
3. Play physical, Montreal is generally a small team, especially up front
4. Win the special teams battle
5. Score a goal or 2 early, take the crowd out of the game.

The Eagles should be able to win, the Giants are one of the few teams out there that actually looks significantly worse than the Birds!
I think the Flyers come out playing hard and physical, score a couple early and hold on for a 5-2 win |

I'm just hoping I will be home. In time to watch the game, work is trying to kill me. Interested to see how long Laviolette sticks with 10Schenn on top line |

That just doesn't work for me at all.
Brayden is the classic example of rushing a player. He would've benefited greatly from a little more seasoning in the minors. |

They are REAL small up front!!
Number 5 is a big one and key... I hate to say this but we arent going to be the come back kids this year. We need to take a lead into the 3rd |

i'm not so sure i agree with that. although of course it's possible and this year will go a long way towards showing how ready he is, i believe that he is ready to be a solid contributor. and a lot of times a player will have to go through those growing pains with the big club in order to get there |
