Exactly. What are these.. AHL refs? He had it covered for 5 secs.. no whistle.

Tyler Seguin is the only 20 year old I can recall from the last ASG. There were a coupl of 22 or 23 year olds, sure, but I'm talking about guys who can't buy a beer in the US.

But yes there have been more players over the last few years stepping in and playing big roles on their teams, for sure. The cap helps that, as guys start off on cheap deals.
