Remember where you come from my friend. Just two years ago the Leafs were completing their 7th year out of the playoffs. You live in a glass house. Especially after the debacle your team had last spring.

The toughest minutes in the league?? HAHAHAHA!!!! Thanks I needed that. Oh as for Giroux he's in the top 5 in points in the last 3 years. Yeah also got a playoff series win. He also had 18 playoff points, one of the highest in a year he only played 11 games. He's the best player on both the Flyers and the Leafs. What about Phaneuf?? Calgary couldn't wait to get rid of him and he's been pathetically mediocre since he's been on the Leafs. As for the best defenseman on the Flyers? Yeah no poop, you'd be the best defenseman on the team.

What statistics? Give me a break. Listen. It's been fun, but it's a debate you just won't win. The Leafs are the example of failure.

No he shouldn't. His magic touch is gone. He has also grossly overvalued Couterier and Schenn. I could only imaging what we could have acquired the last two offseason for these guys. They are marginal NHL players at best. Completely unimpressed.

Seems clear a package centered around B. Schenn and Couts would've netted Shea Weber. Probably had top add a 1st. I didn't want to do it, but I guess ask ourselves would the team be better with Weber than B., Schenn, Couts, and Streit

I worry about Weber's salary though. I don't think we would have been able to replace the lost offense. Then again at this point, what's the difference lol?

I am actually a Jays fan, so I can say this... Toronto's recent sports history is awful. Jays suck, Raptors horrible, and the Leafs make the playoff and choke in epic fashion so they are the toast of the town. Maybe you can say the Lacrosse team or CFL team are fantastic but that's about it.

While it hasn't been encouraging, let's see how the next few games go and if it's more of the same then make a change.

Ahh I'm sorry bout your Jays. I'm a Mets fan. See the light at the end of the tunnel and then Harvey needs Tommy John. I'm also a Jets fan and have Geno Smith as a QB. So to be honest the Flyers were my only hope. I'm not taking their struggles well and I apologize for my negativity. There is nothing I can do about it.

That's sort of the point. You take on 7.8+ in salary you lose Couts and Schenn and can't sign Streit. Less assets to upgrade the offense. if I'm Homer, Lavy is on a short leash at this point.

Hahhaahah thanks... I think..... Most fans in Kanida are good. I had a Habs fan spit on my Hextalll jersey at the Bell centre a few years back.. I went to the fan gear store and wiped it off with a Habs jersey.. .

I will say i can't believe how fast that ref blew the whistle on that shot that hit price in the chest. It barely hit his chest before he blew the whistle then dropped straight down for the easy goal which was of course disallowed because of the whistle.
