Not sure what games you were watching, but the comments about Flyers goaltending this year somehow being the cause of the Laviolette firing toally off-base. None of the 3 losses were result of goaltending issues. They could not control the neutral zone, had disorganized breakouts, so could not generate sustained offense. Mason and Emery gave the club a chance to win those games. Two of the 3 games were 2-1 goal losses, the 3rd was a basically a 2 goal loss. Mason was stellar last night. |
