that article pissed me off. We have NO idea what Berube intends to do or already did to address this. I'm sure Berube is keeping it in house. No reason to publically rip Rosehill. - nastyflyergirl
Who is this guy Mike Sielski? Today is the first time I have ever heard of him.

When I, and most, people hear "whooped", they think of offense or a physical encounter. Not a goaltender doing when a goaltender should do. And was lucky to do, I might add. - Panthers88
was going to go to opening night for the Panthers but cant deal with all those wacky penguin fans |

A native Philadelphia area guy who was recently writing for the WSJ. Not sure why he left that gig or if he was shown the door.

Hartnell Down was in full effect last night... there was one shift I recall where he flopped to the ice at least three times on body contact. He really bought that Gudbranson penalty, too. Offensively, it looks like Hartnell-G magic is all used up, especially that pass into the high slot on the PP.
Simmonds, I wouldn't mind see stay w/ Giroux for awhile. He has the legs, balance and puck control to do the job there.
Rosehill.... - Tomahawk
Teams are looking for and blocking that pass...everyone and their mother knows g is going to setup hartsy for that. |
|
|
|
Why has no one asked to see Raffl or McGinn, or even Gus at this point...the team is not skating and Hartnell and Simmonds have forgotten how to use a hockey stick...maybe Chief can get some of the young guys to help...Mcginn played first line minutes last year and looked good...not sure if he is mentally back from his eye socket beating, but when I watched him play in the AHL last year after he came back, he looked good in the Norfolk game I went and saw where he scored 2 goals and had an assist... |

Running around like he's a headless chicken and not being able to thread an NHL pass and/or skate at an NHL level aren't really related. - Tomahawk
Respectfully I disagree with you on Hartnell. In my opinion he has hands of stone this year and a matching brain as well. I love the guy and even have him in a keeper league but he just ain't getting it done and looks bad doing it. |

Speaking of Upshall, he looked kind of dangerous last night. Him and Versteeg. |

He could give Mez a run for his money in the injury history department.
Always liked Upshall, though. |

Yeah, being forced to trade a guy you just got a few months prior for a 1st-round pick due to cap purposes isn't so nice. |

Disagree with MJL no matter what he says.
- MBFlyerfan
Actually now that he is taking his meds he is making a lot of sense. (Just joking) I see he is less argumentive and that is good. Gotta love him he really loves his flyers. |
