The "should I spank him?" comment was funny and a not so veiled inference that it's his business how he'll deal with it. Berube should've ended it there and moved on.

The "get lost" was completely inappropriate and unprofessional.

The reporter then called additional attention to himself by leaving the room saying "Excuse me, I'm getting lost." in stage whisper tone.

I agree that it served as a gain for both sides, but this year should be telling as to how much each team gained with each player. JVR has looked pretty beastly so far. Not sure about Luke right now.

I didn't understand the importance of goons and now i fear the season might be over if he hits the pressbox. Seriously, 1 point for every 2 minutes? Ridiculous. Colton Orr got another guy 14 points or something stupid in the first game, Crosby has 7 after 3.

ugly, ugly, undeserved win. This team needs to put on its big boy pants and find a way to get the (frank)ing puck and generate some offense. If Tim Thomas hadn't been a fish out of water on those 2 sloppy goals we got, we would have lost. This is the most embarrassed I've ever been to be a Flyers fan. Same problems as last year only G can't sniff a point and the pp is garbage. I anticipate several trades or a high draft pick. SMH

Yep....You can tell by the way his 5 articles have been written he thinks he's too good for this town and he'll be the one to show us the light. Loved Berube's get lost, when i saw who he said it too i liked it even more.

Many. The stupider the better. They actually manually add points for suspensions. So if he could just play one more game, take his skate off and slice someone's juggular it would really help me out.

I don't think that Luke Schenn is playing all that particularly well right now. But he's far from alone. He's still young for a defenseman. And he certainly had his beastly moments last year. I think it's going to take far longer then this year for the jury to come in on that one. Most fans are focused purely on goals scored. And favor a goal scoring winger over a boring defensive defenseman. That's in general, and not a reference to you or anyone else.

He came off as a bit of a weasel when he worked the Phillies beat (was that at the Courier Post? I forget) but not to that level. The media should be like referees. If you're noticing them on the job they're doing something wrong. Be noted for your writing and reporting skills otherwise you should have gone to drama school and ditched the English degree.

Just watched Hertl's 4 goal night last night, and wow that kid is amazing. He kinda just came out of nowhere for me, really had no idea who he was before this.
