We barely get to see the kid do anything... All he is able to do on his shifts is go on the backcheck and try to block passing lanes... It's tough for a kid to stand out doing something he isn't used to.

every game is a learning experience, for these kids . After 15 games we should then look at the roster and start sorting it out .

We barely get to see the kid do anything... All he is able to do on his shifts is go on the backcheck and try to block passing lanes... It's tough for a kid to stand out doing something he isn't used to.

Because he's out there coasting and staying along the perimeter. He needs to work hard, drive to the net, go into the corners and actually give some effort out there. Until he does that, he'll be in Rolston's dog house, as he should be.

That's the typical Buffalo sports thing. Our whole damn city is an enigma. Why can't we just suck completely, or be good consistently? I'd much rather be utter garbage than how we are now. No hope > slight glimmers of hope that get stomped on mercilessly.

Good players make their own plays . He seems to be waiting for something and hasn't happend yet. IF he is as good as he thinks he is . he needs to show it .Nobody is gonna hand him a boob. he needs to score by himself.

If they were going to rebuild or retool it should have been with a new GM with a new vision. There is nothing to sort out, you heard Darcy............ Suffering........ we have been doing that for i'd say a good 10 years with him now. I know he's been here longer but i'm going off the Canes loss when he screwed the team and didn't trade for a D man or two at the deadline and he's done very little since.

Rolston is trying to prove to him that he has to work for it or he'll sit. I wouldn't be surprised to see him in the lineup next game to see if the seat in the box made a difference in how he's going to play. Hopefully it does. Could you imagine what he may have been able to accomplish already if he played the way Girgensons does but with his talent level? It would be so fun to watch. Instead we're all just screaming at the tv and stuff when he's out there because he looks so lost most of the time.
