The "Fire Regier" chant started in that section again. As usual. We're pretty brutal. It's kind of a shame I missed it tonight.
Though if it meant having to sit through that poop fest, I think I was better off on my couch. - HonkFortheGoose
I doubt Darcy goes anyplace anytime soon, he's made it through 3 owners now and if Pegula can't see it, forget it. |

I turned down tickets tonight in order to keep working instead. Never thought I'd live in a world where that turned out to be the right decision (especially when you don't get paid hourly).
Also, I have a buddy I often buy tickets from in that section. |

Better? No. But at least he would actually put in effort every night. - HonkFortheGoose
You're right. I'd rather have Gerbe on the roster over Stafford any day. I posted that because people were hinting around that he would make the team better because he's doing well so far this season for the Canes. Of course he is as he's playing on a line with one of the Staals. Gerbe was another complementary player in a long list of guys that were misused here. |

I sit in row 6. The majority of the guys around us are season ticket holders. I love that section. Couldn't imagine actually sitting anywhere else. |

15 goals in last 110 games as a sabre
I would take that over the effort myers, and staff bring to this city |

I'm sick of hearing about effort. I want talent. Losing is losing, no matter how hard you do or don't try. |

Myers didn't look terrible tonight. Weber was the issue. Myers just happened to end up a big fat -3 because they played together for that part of the game.
I believe Rolston finally split them up. I noticed Myers was out there with McBain and it wasn't during a PP so I think the Weber/Myers experiment has been kibosh-ed. |

I get what you're saying, but the problem we now have is that we have virtually no effort or talent |

I was never on the Weber bandwagon. He never looked good to me last year. I think it was simply a case of the entire team around him being terrible coupled with the fact that nobody really had high hopes for him to begin with. When the bar is set so low, it's easy to look good for a while. |

Aside from tonight, the effort has been okay. It's the lack of execution that has killed this team. Like Miller said after the game, it does no good to work hard to get a puck and then do nothing with it. |

He plays good every other season. Since he wasn't god awful last year, that means this year he'll be a complete train wreck.
To be honest, once Tallinder is healthy, I'd rather see Weber come out than McBain. |

Cody doesn't do nothing with it. He whips a pass nowhere near any of our players. |

Roy > Hodgson, but you wont hear many Buffalo fans admit it because they somehow had problems with Roy attitude even though he always delivered |

And "effort" gets them where? 25th? Like I said, losing is losing. The problem with this town is that we clamor for guys who show effort, rather than guys who aspire to be great. |

2 years ago he was easily our worst player, not just defensemen. He was a -19 and was almost tied for giveaways despite playing 30 less games than everyone else. He l |

I almost feel like he just doesn't know what to do because the whole team is just so bad right now. It's like he's trying to force things that just aren't there.
At least twice tonight I saw guys send passes to teammates that were completely surrounded by 3 Columbus players. |

The games against Detroit, Ottawa and Tampa Bay I had no problem with. The team played some good hockey, just didnt finish. If they brought that game every night, breaks are going to come their way and they wouldnt be losing all the time.
Tonight and Pittsburgh games though... pathetic. |
