Rolston is trying to send him a message. Stafford isn't going to learn anything sitting in the box. He'll still play the same uninspired hockey we always see from him.
Flynn's game has been just fine. Why sit a guy that's actually playing well?
Porter is a 4th liner. Sitting him or Grigorenko shouldn't even been a discussion.

He's gotta be careful though. He managed to take out the goalie in the process. I don't mind a guy that's going all out and trying to do what he can, but that could have come back to bite him in the ass too. |
