Everyone knows I am a fan of his but honestly Meszaros and Rinaldo were the only two to show any kind of emotion in today's game.

Well Rinaldo tonight showed why he is an 8 min a game skater. He had multiple chances to clear the puck out before phx scored the goal. One minor that resulted in a goal another that almost resulted in our goalie getting decapitated.

Give that man more minutes!!

Maybe you should go back and read some of the comments made. A comment was made that the Flyers have to play 5 men to a zone because their defenseman are slow. So if you don't understand what is being said, maybe ask for clarification instead of "um what?"

No, but Meszaros gave Doan the opportunity to dive and fool the ref. It's just as dumb IMO. There's no reason to ever use that free hand.

Meszaros is still more dumb for female doging about it and getting the extra minor. What if they actually did tie it during that flurry at the end? Still shorthanded into OT. Dumb

What started that whole play?

(frank)ing 5.25 million dollar Streit getting dominated by Doan, and giving the puck away. Meszaros had to come over and save his ass.

Streit also got away with the icing on the end when Doan was clearly going to beat him.

Meszaros was stupid, but at least he showed some fire.

I hope they turn it around this season but they don't have any scorers at all. Goalie and the D have been decent though which is good.

One minute after his team ties the game, Rinaldo takes a moronic penalty that leads to the winning goal being scored against his team...then Meszaros runs his yap and gets a double minor, meaning that even if they did tie the game, that they'd be short handed in the OT.

They're being singled out because they took stupid penalties that hurt the team.

They are not playing as a team and have not really been put together as a team either, so not entirely surprising.

Will be really damn ironic to single out the two guys in the room that actually showed some emotion tonight.

Rinaldo is one of the few who gives his balls every shift, and Meszaros had to save that moron Streit on the play after his BS caused that whole sequence.

I think what we're seeing is a team that really isn't any good.

Pathetic presence in the offensive zone. No one in front of the net. Same story over and over again.

Whats the point in having Simmonds and Hartnell if neither of them are going to crash the net or win a puck battle? Or screen a goalie?

Honestly? Its more concerning to me to see the rest of them skating out there like they dont even give a (frank). Thats more concerning to me than Rinaldo/Mez being taken over by emotion.

I frankly cant put much blame on Mez there at all. That play was all on Streit, who was exposed and dominated on the shift forcing Mez to save his ass.

I don;t blame Meszaros necessarily for taking the holding penalty, I blame him for running his (frank)ing yap all the way to the box and getting the extra two minutes.

They lost because of stupid plays. Christ, Rinaldo high sticked a guy after the (frank)ing whistle.
