Read has been one of the best forwards this season, and is signed long term to a low cap hit. Mason has been great since he got here. Maybe you should go back to crying about how getting a #1 defenseman at any cost is the best way to build a team. Seems to be working out great in Nashville.

What is your take on the line combos so far? Do you feel that Giroux's line is a good mix to get him going? Wouldn't surrounding him with more skill give him a better chance to get the puck in the net?

You would pair Hartnell or Simmonds with Giroux to get either one of them going, not the other way around? Especially bad is 3 guys not playing well on the same line? I know that most players aren't playing well, but Read is providing energy, and Vorachek provides at least more skill... just not getting it.
