maybe, but if you look historically the west was founded by laot of quebecers and other eastern provinces. just have to look at town names. whats funny is, for all the poop calgary gives to quebecers, it' sister city is QC, and alot of the original Burroughs were founded by Quebecois. Even one of the stampede founders was a quebecer. today, NS PEI QC make up alot of alberta and sask's, trade work force. im one of thousands of quebecers who's family moved west in the 80's, ive benefited form living and seeing 2 of the best places in this country!.

Interesting stat about Yakupov; he was getting 77.3% of his starts in the offensive zone. That's more than 10% higher than the next highest in that regard (Ryan Smyth at 66.7%). Certainly not with the best linemates, but he isn't playing with poop either. The two guys that he's had centering him are either currently tied for the team lead in goal-scoring (Gordon), or are tied for the team lead in point scoring (Arco).

Reimer and Kulimen for Yakopov.
Reiner is better than Duby so please folks stop saying they are the same. Reimer was a huge factor for the leafs making the playoffs last season.
Kuli provides a physical two way game and has a 30 goal season under his belt.

Yak would fit and develop nicely with Bolland and Raymond on his line.
