*sigh* The sentence before he said he wants to be better without the puck and forecheck better. Anyone who's watched him has seen him hit guys and pressure guys. All he's saying is that he's not a grinder, and that's not the type of player he is.

I wish people would stop seeing a guy coasting a bit and then throwing him under the bus. A lot of goal scorers, playmakers spend time "floating" because they're trying to read the play and pick their spots so they can get in better positions to score.

Oh definitely... It's the combination of coasting far too often, showing zero hustle when attempting to beat guys to loose pucks, and when in possession of the puck, trying to stick handle through the entire opposing team. Yak just needs show more hustle, and use his head a little more out there.

I don't think the team has played that bad... But I've seen a bunch of times where the D just stands up, and stares at the puck instead of going after it and clearing it from in front of the net... That has to change.

Goaltending has been sh1t, but last night, LaBarbera gave us our best game (goaltending wise -- .892SV% 25 saves on 28 shots against) but it still wasn't good enough.

Basically the same oleeeeee...
