The Sens have as many wins as you guys have, and they have Anderson between the pipes. Difference is, their TEAM actually plays defense and helps him out.

we're scoring goals. but our goalies have done nothing to help the team keep those leads, keep us in games etc. theyre not even making the a lot of the average saves at present.

If you look back a couple years on this site, Ive been a relentless Dubnyk supporter even as others constantly said he was not a starting goaltender. How many losses and soft goals should they put up with in a fairly critical year?

It's like they think losing by 1 or 2 is better than losing by 3 or 4. Last I checked, it was still 0 points for a loss in regulation.

trades.... thats the whole problem everyone now thinks the oilers are one trade away. why can't they just be happy with progress.. everything takes time. they way the oilers choose to do it takes alot of time... and it's not like the 2nd and 3rd roun draft picks are making an impact yet... wait till next season... again.

Now that I think of it, wasn't Dubnyk the reason LaBarbara signed with Edmonton? Weren't they really good friends or something like that? you cant win without good goaltending but the goalie needs the whole team to be good also. maybe Eakins system isn't the answer. If pitt lights us up 2morrow changes are coming and no1 will b safe.
