I don't see those guys going anywhere.Id deal Myers first - buffalo 1
I'd be hesitant to trade Myers. He's really been starting to improve. Game by game, he is getting better. Trading him now would show us just giving up on him as a player. If we were to trade him, I bet it will be exactly like the Pronger situation, and he'll become a superstar. |

Isn't Burke President of Hockey Operations in CGY? What would Calgary want to do with Buffalo? We're both in the same boat... - LetsGoBuffalo75
Team USA most likely. |

I hope we struggle through next year. Imagine Rheinhart and McDavid..... - sbroads24
Ditto that but it will be a long two years. I just enjoy watching the young guys develop, the problems this team has because I figure the uglier this team plays the sooner changes will have to be made. eg. bye, bye Darcy; take care Miller and Vanek, hello new GM, perhaps new coach, and new blood/picks via trades. |

If this team is good in say 3 years and we fire Darcy. It will be the team he built technically. Unless a new GM comes in and makes a TON of moves. |

I could be wrong but I don't see it happening with Myers. |

There is no way in hell Myers is this bad a player, it is the club/management/coaches, failing players left right and center, Myers would be excellent on a good side. |

You never know. All I will say is that he's miles ahead of where he was at last year. |

Can't argue with that. Zadorov gave him a run for his money tonight, though. Like I said before the game, I think that Zadorov will have that undiscovered offensive potential that Myers had. Zadorov getting 25 points in 63 games for London with limited 5 on 5 ice time and no PP time makes me really excited. |

I've wanted Darcy gone for years. It seems Kevin Devine has had a lot to say about the last couple drafts. Darcy's trades are ok, but from what some have said he has walked away from making good trades, hired Rolston while not interviewing anyone else. The Sabres record as Darcy as a GM should be enough to let him go. |

Rolston "you have an 18 year old kid out there that looked like he's played in the league for 20 years, then you see other guys who looked like they were playing their first game."
At least Zadorov played well, Rolston was pissed in that post game interview. Look out Tallinder, Weber, Mcbain |

It's evident that Webers good season last year was a 1 time thing. McBain was let go for nothing for a reason, and Tallinder is done.
Play Risto, Zadarov and bring up McNabb. Waive Tallinder and Weber.
I have a feeling Myers, Pysyk, or Ehrhoff will be an Oiler soon. |

I hope Ehrhoff is dealt before Myers or Pysyk unless they bring a young, top line forward in the deal. |

The part that sucks most about this is I can't bring myself to watch NHL tonight or any hockey coverage at all. I can't stand to see how far the Sabres are behind the rest of the hockey world. |

There is no question in my mind why this team is where it is at right now. Everybody blames Darcy, and he sure does deserve some blame, but it starts at the top. I blame Pegula.
This team has become progressively worse since he took over. It starts at the top, and from what I can see, Terry is clueless.
But all the other stuff he has done outside of the NHL team is really nice. Especially if you count the beer shelves in the bathrooms. But I would rather have a Stanley Cup instead of taking my beer into a place where people urinate.
Edit: and I don't see Terry or Ted firing Darcy. |
