I want someone to explain to me how what Shaw did (if it was a late hit) is anything different than what Jacka$$ does (late hits always after the whistle)? Why is he never penalized for his actions after the play is dead - long after the play is dead?

Its kinda hard to have to have any offensive flow when the lines change every shift. Hell, they still haven't played two games with the same line-up. It is getting out of hand.
