According to @KatieStrangESPN, Lundqvist will not dress @ #Flyers — Talbot will start, Missiaen to back him up.

I am struggling to remain positive

Think this is premeditated from his agent? I really hope not but I have convinced myself that this contract issue has really gotten to him. Purely speculative but he just hasn't looked right since training camp.

I don't, I can't believe that

maybe it's good that it isn't his head or the new pads or something that have been his problem, that he has actually had a physical issue that had affected his play

I thankfully will be missing most of this game. Prior obligations have me missing at least the first half of the game; which will make it easier for me to turn it off when I see the team down by three or more.

Many are asking: it is NOT an off-ice issue for Hank...AV stated emphatically that it is minor injury he has battled for 10 days or so

- jimbro83

Groin. I remember a few games ago he go on his feet in an odd way after making a routine save; favoring his groin.

If you are right, and I hope you are, that is a strangely comforting fact. I still think it's his head; if so Sather really needs to step down ASAP. He just has such a lack of pulse on the team he misleads.

Hopefully prophetic because it doesn't get much weaker than the current state of this team.

A "very weak team" in Hartford? Ranger top brass stating that; and we all think so highly of our prospects? Uhhh...

He was speaking in past tense. The team this season looks actually really good thus far. Last season's team was weak for the majority of the season though.

our goalie is a guy who cut his hockey teeth playing for the University of Alabama-Huntsville

isn't that where Forrest Gump went to college?

Kristo, Miller, McIlrath has started well too. Lindbergh is off to a solid start to his North American pro hockey career. There is some hope for the future, if all devlop well this season and such.

Yea my patience went out the window when they got their bell rung by a previously winless New Jersey Devils team.

I seriously hope you are not questioning a Rangers fan's loyalty. They have given their fans much mor ebad than good and we all come back for more suffering. Just because I think this core is not up to par and want changes doesn't mean I will stop following them.

I think most Rangers fans in attendance tomorrow are going to be upset/leaving early.

Not because the Flyers are so good but the lineup likely suiting up tomorrow night has four of their best players out of the lineup and have looked horrendous with half of that amount not playing.
