I have an ICD as well so if the heart rate gets too high, it kicks in and makes in normal. So no issues there.

Yeah discovered that bout 4 years ago. Took 3 years before I was properly diagnosed and prescribed the right one. There are lots of different kinds out there. For some there are minimal side effects, for others bigger, can affect libido, or ability to orgasm, or both. If a person is lucky, they find the right one quickly, that works the best with minimal s/e.
