Well opiates are always a good choice to mix with alcohol to get (frank)ed up. Those can be hard to obtain so some simple OTC medicines would be any benadryl or antihistamines that cause drowsiness, or gravol would work to (frank) a mofo up

It is right in the drug guide that diphenhydramine (benadryl) and dimenhydrinate (gravol) potentiate the effects of alcohol. T-3's as well for sure, depending on the persons tolerance level to codeine. It is actually quite a common thing for people to get hooked on gravol, that is why it was moved behind the pharmacists counter in some provinces, some pharmacies even ask for ID for it.
