I'll concede that saying Mason is carrying the team is kind of weird, since normally we talk about someone carrying a team into the playoffs etc....bottom line is usually when a player carries a team they carry them to a WINNING RECORD

Regardless, Mason has been the team's best and most consistent player thus far. Kind of refreshing, but then I remember their record.

I got attacked by matchett for saying this team was going to go nowhere before the season started. At this point I think the only thing that will fix this team is a rebuild. Get rid of anyone over 27

I'm hoping to see Coots stay physical as well. I think that last game should he's starting to realize some of the things he can do with that frame he's growing into.

Pronger counting against the summer cap in full is going to be a constant offseason impediment for years to come... especially if Homer keeps completely blowing his offseason budget already come the first week of July.

He's got good speed and isn't afraid of the nasty areas. I doubt he scores a whole lot at the NHL level, just seems to be a solid third liner who can fill a lot of roles and not hurt a team.
