Word. Yeah, he played really well and I like his style overall but he's now in front of the home crowd and it could be tough mentally as things settle in here for him. Not to mention what you've said here about the open-game and the confidence of the Leafs right now. Tough for him to repeat but hey he did face like 48 shots and the only one that beat he honestly didn't know where the puck was.
I really hope he plays just to see if he can bring the same game. - Salvo
It would be typical Leafs to make a 3rd stringer look like Brodeur, so you never know!
In more imminent sports news, my Seahawks are gonna win by 30 tonight.... |

SEAHAWKS!!!! Finally a team I cheer for is actually good. Being an Oilers fan has been tough lately. Katz needs to start the makeover from Management all the way down to the Trainers. 6 Forwards, 4 D and 2 Goalies can all be moved ASAFP! |

I know right, it's nice to cheer for a winner for a change. Probably won't be much of a game with Bradford out, but I'll definitely enjoy it
cold beers await... *cheers |

Should be automatic 5 for touching an oiler. |

Seems fair. Didn't see the knee on RNH last night, but the league seems to be saying head shots are suspendable, but if you knock a guy out with a knee and he needs surgery or recovery time, it is ok, just a small fine. |

I as well sir. The one on hall seemed to me should have warranted something. The review of that play he clearly stuck it out and targeted the knee. Hard to play when your knee is all (frank)ed up. |

Don't really need a defensive forward. Need a defensive Dman..... - Iggysbff
Wow I completely disagree. Injecting a defensive conscience in the form of a big body who can also make use of talented linemates is precisely what this team needs.
On the other hand, we've got four predominately defensive defensemen and three more of that ilk in the pipeline. If they're not doing their job we need to replace them, not add another one |

I have a feeling we tried in the past he wouldn't waive to come here. Nothing concrete, but Stauffer has mentioned a power forward rejecting us on his show a few times the past year. - Lahey
