That is not a lot of good players. A bunch of 2nd liners and a few PP specialists.

But they have a system and everyone knows what they're doing. If the Oilers had the discipline and systems play that the Devils had they'd be right at the top of the division instead of basically last place. Again.

The Devils lack talent, but have structure. The Oilers have talent, but don't even know how to spell structure. Also, the Devils are tied for a playoff spot and are only 6 points back in the division. They've lost 5 games by a goal and have been shut out like twice. They've been steady defensively but just don't have the guns to put up 3 a night.
