Re-signing Bolland during the season is a must as well. In the off season look for a new home for Bozak and Liles + the 2.5 coming off our cap for buy outs and retained salary. There's the possibility for some flexibility. I like Kulemin but if he leaves so be it, for what he brings he can be replaced. - Mr_Smokey
May have to re-sign Raymond too. He's been pretty good, but might want a raise from the 1 million he's getting. If we can re-sign him for 1.5 I'd be happy. What do you think he'd get? |

Jeff O'Neill@odognine29m
It's time to give Phil Kessel credit. He's no longer a good little player. He's a star in the league.
Tommy Beal@tbeal162m
@odognine2 still soft. So glad the Bruins got rid of him (H'es butt hurt on the inside)
RaYrAy@flamesfever3m
@odognine2 he played the freaking Oilers, everyone is a star when u play against them (he's a loser) - peddy-93
so a bitter bruins fan
and a calgary fan who will be saying the exact same thing tonight cept replacing "oilers" with "flames"

Nice win by your backup last night, I thought for sure the Oilers would score at least a goal or two with all those shots, but Reimer stood tall. |

Liles to the Islanders ....
From The Fourth Period: Two sources saying the Islanders are looking to improve their blueline. They could be looking for a replacement for the injured Lubomir Visnovsky, but one source said they aren’t looking for a short-term fix.
this could have legs ... |

Yeah, especially when that sniper Jones had 8 shots. He shoots like Mike Brown used to. |

I didn't notice his shots actually. But good for him for getting the puck on net, sometimes thats all it takes. |

I could live with that. We've got what? 2.5 coming off from buyouts, so we give a 600k raise to Dion and Mason and we've still got an additional 1.3 million of wiggle room to use to re-sign Franson. And that's without losing anyone. Other than that, who else is there that needs to be re-signed this off season? |

Yeti : Are you sure , I don't want them to think we're like Bozak and Kessel
Dozzer : Nah , we're good . But if they do ... I get to be Kessel ! Seniority and all !

There's nobody left on them I'd take except Tavares and we know that's not happening. There's some good players, but nobody that would really be a big help to our core imo. And they already traded their 1st rounder away. I guess we could get a few other draft picks but it would have to be a 3rd at the highest I believe since I don't think they have a 1st or 2nd anymore. |

That could have easily been the end of Reimer, but he came back and has been battling, that #1 spot is still up for grabs |
