Just curious, are you guys concerned about Yakupov? How many times did the play die with him last night? 10-20? Gagner kept passing him the puck and he kept losing it. Between his poor play, and his comments about how he doesn't like to forecheck or hit or play without the puck, I'd be concerned.

Agree no tanking. The players need to be better in their own end.

They can't get use to last place. If they can turn it around maybe they will go on a lil streak that can build confidence. They prolly wont make playoffs, but if they can get back to .500 I would say that's a decent start and a good team goal.

I've always thought that Mac T was a really smart guy, I think he can turn this team around, especially if Lowe has zero influence. I'm not a Eakins fan though. Seems like the type who overthinks things and outsmarts himself. I also don't think that he adjusted his "system" to the Oilers strengths and weaknesses which is what every good coach should do.

A good team goal was to challenge for a playoff spot at the beginning of the season. They clearly failed. They should be focusing on not letting the other teams steam roll them.
