No ruffled feathers really in regards to that trade. It is what it is, and something I have somewhat come to expect from this team.

I see it as a dumb short-sighted move, that will eventually lead to the overpayment of a guy who is chronically undisciplined, average at best in his own zone and injury prone.

Don't really think that's what the Flyers need to be spending their money on. At the end of the day it ends there. (regarding the trade)

homer can't think about waiting to get downie, he needs to improve his team now or his a$$ is likely grass if they're out of the plyoffs. we don't suffer enuf of a loss to be upset about this trade...not like he squandered an asset that he could have used in another deal. if anything, they now have a more valuable asset and that's a plus.

He's a really good player -- really, really good. I give him credit for not complaining about moving to the wing when he is flat-out amazing at center.

he's our next coach, after Berube is fired early in 2015.

max is impossible not to respect the hell out of. when he is healthy he is a perfect fourth liner, who can play up for brief stretches. id think that about him regardless of what colors he is in
