i can understand his legs not being what they once were, but it seems the majority of his penalties are just plain stupid or because he's not even moving his legs

exactly. he seems to have no issue attempting to make up for lost foot speed by holding and tackling guys. it's infuriating. any other guy would have been benched now for that type of play.

i'm pretty sure he's taken a penalty more games than not this season.
