Boston Celtics guard Isaiah Thomas, who did not make a field goal in the first half and was visibly distraught, will miss the second half due to a sickle cell anemia.

Lakers aren't going to pass up Fultz. Though I hope they take Ball.

Tempting, but I think I say no. That's more than the Celtics were offering the Bulls for Butler.

If I could put a stipulation on the pick like "The worst of the sixers or lakers picks next season" then I'd do it. If we could take Dario out and put Okafor in, I would do it too.

is he the one who everyone keeps saying has the funny shot where he brings it up from his waist.

i don't want whoever that is because i shoot like that. and i never made it to the nba so it's proven that it doesn't work.

Jackson and Ball have the weird looking shots. Ball's shot goes in a lot, but presents some problems.

Monk is a pure shooter and has a beautiful stroke. His problem is that he doesn't do much else. He's a weak defender and he doesn't really create off the dribble. Basically, if you take him at 3, you're expecting him to be one of the best shooters in the league because if he's at around 38% from 3-pt range, he's not going to help you a ton.

problem with that is how far down are you going to trade?

if you are dead set on staying in the top 5-7 im not sure how much youre going to get to move down 2-4 spots

i'm talking trading it for an established league player who can shoot. has to be at least okay in other areas and not 50 years old.

(frank) this draft. i'm done with this draft.

I've been thinking about moving down and the ideal spot seems to be Minnesota at #7. Josh Jackson is a Thibs kinda player and would fit well on that team. I'm just worried that the Suns could take Isaac and the Magic would take Monk leaving the Sixers with their Richard in their hand.

The more I think about it, the more I want them to just take Isaac or Monk at #3. I remember wanting Porzingas, but being talked out of it because the general consensus had Okafor at #3. I won't let that happen again. I don't want Jackson. Nate Duncan pretty much ripped Jackson to shreds on his pod this morning and it just reinforced my stance.

I'm pretty sure the Suns would love Jackson at #4, so maybe you squeeze an asset out of them in order to swap spots.
