Simmons creates shots for others. Fultz is still not playing but he can do that when healthy. Dario knocksem down in the clutch but they really need a legit closer who can raise up off the dribble

yeah, i know fultz isn't playing but once he is healthy, wouldn't he be that guy eventually?

though, having more than one would be the goal i would think.

Virtually everything good about this team was Hinkie. He has done nothing but waste assets. It really becomes glaring when the non-Hinkie pieces enter the game. Embiid, Simmons, Covington, Dario, TJ, Holmes are all Hinkie.

Since arriving he has used Grant, Noel, Okafor, Stauskas, the 24th pick, 26th pick, two top 5 picks, 4 second round picks and loads of cap space. Despite all of that, only one player has shown an ability to contribute (reRichard) and he's only signed for 1 year. Fultz certainly has that potential, but he's clearly all (frank)ed up and no one knows what he'll be like when he returns.

The entire thing is such a mess. Embiid is playing too many minutes as well. They're caving to management (Scott O'Neil) because they desperately want a new tax payer funded arena. If I wasn't so connected to the players, I would just tell this team to (frank) off.

And (frank) all of these bumholes who complained about the process, but now love the team. These (frank)s are the ones who complain endlessly about Brett Brown like he's supposed to turn 20 year old kids into 30 year old vets overnight. Young teams always suck and the fact that the Sixers are .500 after facing the toughest schedule in the league is a testament to his coaching ability. His coaching isn't the problem. Colange(frank) providing him no depth is the problem.

A normal Fultz would be the ideal fit. He's clearly not normal though. I'm pretty sure they're reworking his shot from scratch because he shoots like he's playing with a watermelon

trying to think of a player who re-worked his shot after turning pro and having success. i got nothing.

tbf though. how many players are there with the game on the line who can create their own shot and make it consistently? meaning in the league at any one time. 4 maybe 5?

why not? every team needs a token white guy to sit at the end of the bench and make ridiculous money to play about 40 minutes a season.

Most players make subtle changes to improve their shot. It's rare that a player will overhaul the entire thing. It's the first time ever I remember a player overhauling an already successful shot.

One of my biggest pet peeves is when players keep throwing the ball around instead of just accepting a foul in the final minutes. Burned the Pacers.

I'm fine with it if they're actually trying to score or are about to get doubled, but yeah when they do it for no reason it's pretty stupid.
