DeRozan is literally a net negative in his playoff career. Just escaping his contract is good. Giving up a good backup C who doesn’t have high offensive upside and a top 20 protected first for 1 year of a top 10 player when healthy is a decent price. No one cares about non-elite C’s that can’t shoot 3’s, they can easily be signed or traded for.

You must love treadmills, because that’s what the Raps were on before this deal. Where the hell was DD gonna lead this team to? Now they have a good chance to come out of the East and can rebuild after that.
