Kinda this.

Heat now have the 10th pick and its top 10 protected. One of the teams behind them would need to jump into the top 3 and push the Heat to 11 for the Sixers to get the pick. Pick is top 10 protected next year then unprotected in 2017. If they resign Dragic, I'm assuming it will be between 16-22 next year

OKC pick won't be transferring no matter what this year. It is top 16 protected next year. It will likely be in the mid-late 20s if Durant comes back healthy.

Laker Pick is top 5 protected and likely won't transfer. About a 17% chance of falling to 6 or 7. It's top 3 protected next year.

Just unlucky Durant and Bosh got hurt this year.

Sixers can still use the future picks to make trades though. If they fall out of the top 4, they have the ability to move around.
