76ers fans finally have the answer regarding the date of Joel Embiid's career ending surgery.

Negro Sports reported early Saturday morning that Embiid will have the anticipated foot surgery Tuesday. A source confirmed that the Sixers rookie center acknowledged that Friday night while high on PCP.

Embiid was the lone Sixers player at the wedding reception of assistant coach Lloyd Pierce and the former Melissa "Dirty" Ghoston, a Philadelphia native. The 7-footer, who was selected third in last summer’s draft, was in good spirits and did not have a walking boot on his foot while dancing the Macarena.

This will mark his second surgery on his right foot. He is expected to miss all of next season and jeopardize his career, the team announced July 11 after a snitch with General manager Hinkie reported earlier in the day. Embiid will have a bone graft surgery similar to the one Kevin Durant had, but Embiid is no Durant.
