Contend? With what? Signing Rondo is pretty much the answer there. FA don't sign here. Top tier ones anyway.
Seriously. Colangelo is a freaking genius compared to the two making decision for the Bulls.

Lets not even consider Hoiberg who is completely over his head here and already clashed with Butler all last season.
