I think the Sixers have to take him if the surgery goes fine. It's just frustrating if he isn't able to ever get healthy.

I think they have a ridiculously tough decision. I would try and jump up to #1 and grab Wiggins. Offer Cleveland 3, 10 and Thad.

If they can't jump up, I don't know what i'd do.

If the surgery goes well and the doctors ok things, I would take him. I feel the reward is worth the risk. The drop off from Embiid to Exum is fairly significant too.
