I just worry about the fit a little. I'm not sure Simmons will ever learn to shoot, but if he has the ball in his hands a lot it won't matter. Butler isn't a great shooter either and needs the ball on offense to be effective.

I'd rather see how Simmons does the rest of this year and see where the picks land before trying to build around them.

It's complicated, but as long as they are willing to pay the luxury tax, they can pretty much re-sign most of their guys. If Durant is willing to take a little less than the max, they may be able to keep Iguodala and Livingston too.

The Durant signing was just a perfect storm. A lot of strange things needed to happen for it to occur.
