Noel will look so much better once he has a PG who can run the pick and roll correctly.

He's been a beast defensively tonight. He's blocked 4 shots and caused 3 turnovers.

They don't have anyone who can create offense for him right now. Every point he gets is hard earned. He's a pick and roll player right now. He's not a guy who can consistently post up.

Only concern I've seen is his lack of rebounding. He gets pushed around too much.
