No, Tristian Thompson from the Cavs. It would be an unprotected first.

The TWvoles want to try and make the playoffs now. This trade would allow them to remain somewhat competitive while also getting a key asset in next years draft.

I would throw in more like taking Kevin Martin's contract off their books. He's signed for 3 more years. They want to get rid of him.

It would likely take more from a 4th team involved. Maybe Sixers take on another bad contract and the other team throws in a late 1st.
