Hartnell will be 38 when his contract expires and has a no movement clause. There's really not much the Flyers can do to him to affect his future other than buy him out. Unfortunately the compliance buyouts were used on 2 of Holmgren's other big money signings. - Flyers_01
hopefully he finds his game again but if not by the end of next season they could always buy him out. why not, Snider loves throwing money away

As much as we have e-sparred here at times, it's uncanny the number of cultural & music references we share. |

Happy Birthday! I imagine the movie will have more shots than tonight's Canes-Flyers game will have, combined. Heck I think the trailer covered that. |

The movie wasn't bad but cut out about 40% of the book. The ending was massively modified from the book mainly because they cut so much stuff out that the original ending wouldn't have made sense. I don't recommend reading the book before going to see the movie as I spent the entire movie going "that's not the way it happened" and "that's not what that character did in the book". |

Emery's made every player better? He's got one win, gave up 4 goals in every other appearance. They've actually played better in front of Mason, for the most part. - Jsaquella
They're undefeated since his fight. What has Mason done lately? |

I read the Star Wars Episode I book before the movie came out. Really had no idea that the movie would suck -- or that Jar-Jar would talk like that.

It's really a sad commentary that 13 games into the season, on game day, that we are discussing the nuances of a Hartnell buyout. |

I suggest you forget about the book and just enjoy the movie for what it is.....and it was very good. |

Exactly....lol
I am seeing it again this weekend just to enjoy what was a very good movie. I just sat through it the first time saying to myself, they changed that, interesting choice there, and so on..... |

I'm really not a fan of any of the new movies. I saw them but they didn't live up to the older movies.
Darth Vader as a teenager? I wanted to kill him long before he turned to the dark side. |

Too late, its one of my fave books. At least we are seeing it in Imax so it will look awesome. Anyway, I never expect films to be as good as the books they are based on. |
