I still think Giroux is a great player and will come through. Probably the first time in his career (including junior) he's been on this poopty of a team. You have him, and Mason looks good. You have a center and a goalie. You need a great defenseman and a great shooter to get the most out of Giroux. Build around that. Get those pieces within a few years, whether through the draft, trades, whatever. But scout well and make sure you get the right guys. Stop filling the roster with skill-less players who can't skate well.
