I accept. There is a better chance of Yakupov being a Stud then there is of Mason continuing to play at this calibur. While it would really hurt to watch him go, everyone will be happy when Yakupov is potting 50 goals with Giroux getting 30 and Voracek 25.

And Miller will be our goaile for a while... or Hiller... Or Halak...

Respectfully decline...I don't know if Steve Mason keeps this up, but he's done a tremendous job for this team, is young enough to build around.

Not saying you can't trade Mason, just that trading him for someone who can leave for another league in his home country isn't something that I would do.

Straight up? I'd do it, Yakupov could soon be putting up 45-50 goals and 85-95 points and thats just too much to pass up. I can't see Edmonton making that deal though.

I would slot Vorachek in the untouchable reign....put all your special player candidates in the fair game category......what I have seen from Schenn's and Coots is not a slump this is who they are when asked to play the big minutes....The most dangerous word in hockey is potential....I wouldnt trade them for nothing or cap relief but If it netted me a return that could move us forward without them I am all ears.....something is gonna happen soon and I bet were not gonna be happy cause Snider is in Homers ear again and thats when big bryz mistakes happen....Hope I am wrong though
