Guys, I'm really liking this Holland trade.

What do you think about the move, Adam Francois?

- systemtool

The guy has skill, speed and size but is not physical, all we need him to do is dish the puck but he also has a major league shot. Could be one of those who just needs a chance,

On another note, McKegg with a four point game.

Kind of wish we gave him a shot, but obviously the team didn't feel he was either ready or deserved it.

In my house, my wife would have said the same thing. Except she would have been talking to the bat.

Im still VERY confused as to how the damn thing got in our house in the first place...there are no cracks or vents that it could have entered through. Weird.

Don't like trading for a young guy and throwing him right into the top line, when other guys aren't even getting a shot at the lower lines.

Too early to tell really...likely a 3rd line depth guy and maybe at best a 2nd liner down the road. It was a good move either way, young center with potential, can help now and down the road. Win win.

Yeah but if were talking Mckegg vs Holland....Holland is 22 and has 30 NHL games under his belt, Mckegg is 21 with 0. So...

Nothing, nada...I checked everywhere...only option would have been while letting the dogs in/out but I find it hard to believe I wouldnt have noticed a flippin bat fly in the house.

Unfortunately, it doesn't take much for mice and bats to get inside. Those bastards. Had mice last year, was a pain in the ass but got rid of them asap.

yup, bats can find their way in through the smallest of cracks.

i'd check your fascia and soffits colin, make sure no overlaps are loose.

I usually tend to agree, but who else besides McKegg was there? Also, it's easier to do what you said when you're not as depleted at a position and can ease younger players in.

thing is the marlies arent exactly stacked at C either.

and anytime you can add a former first rounder who was stuck in a particular position due to franchise depth its never a bad idea.

and he didnt look out of place at all.

I would be very concerned about Gauthier, I said it at the draft (Frenchie can vouch for it) I said it was bad pick in my opinion.
