haha you and I both...I use a pistol with the sprinting perk and just book it around...most guys are slowly moving around corners etc that I catch them off guard and BOOM pistol to the face

They should add something to the game that you can play in a lobby where if you stand still for 10 seconds or more, you die. Sometimes you need to sit still for a few seconds...but 10 is plenty.
