3. Someone mentioned Gags has an agreement that he will not be traded prior to his NTC kicking in.

5. Hemsky is a goner. Deadline, earlier, Summer? Doesn't matter. He's gone.

Negotiated based on some projections. In the end the Players won and got it higher than the league wanted. Both sides have agreed that if it was based on the revenue split the cap would be somewhere around 61 mill this year. Anyone thinking its going to be back to 70 next year (Leaf Fans) are going to be sorely disappointed...
