When I went to CR a few years back we went on a GAP Adventure tour. There was a mix of hooligans and old farts but it was amazing for all who went. Good mix of party, adventure and sight seeing. If you want I can PM you a few highlights of spots that must be seen and if you can find a tour I would highly recommend it.
